Harish Rao, Head – Australia & New Zealand
Harish Rao has lived in Australia for 37 years having completed his schooling at Melbourne Grammar School, and undergraduate studies with a BCommerce and BScience at the Australian National University. After graduating, Harish worked at Boyd Partners Limited, a leading chartered accounting practice in Melbourne for 4 years, before joining PF Securities (the investment banking arm of a national legal firm, Phillips Fox)
Here he was involved with capital raisings and IPOs. During this time, Harish completed his Graduate Certificate in International Business and an MBA from Monash University majoring in Finance. He subsequently established his own Business Process Outsourcing unit in Chennai, India, where he undertook accounting & superannuation work for Australian accountants, which then led him to join Sundaram Business Services in December 2004 as the Head of Asia Pacific operations.

S Rajagopalan, Head – Operations (F&A)
 He is a Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of experience in the Financial Services Industry – mainly in Asset Financing – encompassing Operations, Accounting, Finance &Taxation. He has worked in leading groups like Chemplast Sanmar, Escorts and HC Kothari Group. Prior to SBS he was heading the finance department of a leading Company which manages loyalty and rewards programmes for various MNCs and Private banks.
M G Shankar, Manager Accounting Services
 Shankar heads SMSF Online Accounting Team. Before joining SBS, Shankar worked with leading companies where he gained hands on experience in handling Retail Asset operations and various audits. Shankar is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Internal Information Auditor from STQI – Ministry of Information, Government of India. Shankar also holds a postgraduate diploma in financial management and is a student member of Institute of Internal Auditors U.S.A.
V M Mohanakrishna, Manager Accounting Services
Mohan is Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with more than 7 years experience in Accounting, Costing and Taxation services. Joining SBS in 2004, Mohan handled a variety of projects in areas of Accounts payable, Reconciliation, Preparation and presentation of Accounts under International Accounting Standards, Superannuation Accounting for various MNCs. Currently, Mohan heads SMSF Shoe Box Accounting Team.
S Sujata, Manager Accounting Services
 Sujata is a Chartered Accountant and has more than eight years of experience in the field. She started her career in 1997 with a Manufacturing Company and was with P&O NedLloyd, the world’s third largest logistics service provider before moving to Sundaram Business Services. Currently, Sujata is in charge of the Australian Accounting and Taxation Team.
