Physical Security

Access control through access cards/ biometric scanners
- Entry into Network/ Server rooms restricted to authorized resources
- The access software logs the entry time of the personnel entering the network/ server room
- Separate areas are earmarked for each customer's projects
- Personnel and material movement register ensures that data storage devices are not taken into the processing area
- Third Party Security and Data Security Monitoring
Logical Security
This is ensured by way of multi-layer defence mechanism as below:
- Firewalls - All ports except SMTP and DNS are disabled for the external world
- Antivirus software
- Content filtering
- Patch management, and
- Authorization and Password Policy
Data Security

We access clients’ servers directly and do the processing by accessing
documents in the form of image. Printing/ downloading of data is eliminated. This practice allows data protection.
- Individual project has separate domain, and workstations
- Authorized access to the domain, servers and workstations
- Data transfer and access is prohibited across project domains
- In case of any exigencies, SBS can relocate to alternate location and start operations.

Data security and zero delay data transfer has become a business necessity rather than an option. We have sophisticated connectivity tools and robust communication infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations.

With dedicated private leased line in place between India and Australia (IPLC), we can assure you of high speed connectivity and complete security and privacy in your communication.
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) acts as back-up connectivity to the IPLC connectivity.
